Return Policy

Dolce Beso boutique does not issue refunds, only exchanges. Exchanges are processed based upon availability of in-stock items. If an exchange is not available, you will be notified right away.

Item must be returned within 3 days of delivery date to be exchanged for another item of the same value. The item/s must be unworn, tags attached, perfume/odor/makeup free, and in the same condition as purchased. Please keep in mind there 10% restocking fee for each item returned. Please allow 7-10 business days to process exchanges. Only one return allowed per order.
